We offer a range of services from the implementation project, our "Jump Start" service plan for the period immediately after go-live, remote and on-premise application support, service level agreements, education services and certification training.
Customer Services
Technology solutions have to be supported throughout the product lifecycle. ApplyIT's support capabilities include 8X5 helpdesk (telephonic support), 24X7 automated fault reporting for our products, management of service level agreements with escalations as required.

Our ApplyIT's Customer Services team has as it's primary goal "Excellent" service, making sure that you are 100% satisfied with our solutions. We regularly engage with independent survey companies to measure customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores which are included in the KPI's of all our staff.
The support desk looks after the helpdesk, call logging process, management of service level agreements and help coorordinate our Engineers and Consultants in the field.
Your contract will determine the level of support services your organisation is entitled to.
Education and Training Services
ApplyIT holds regular product training sessions for our partners and customers. Certification on the ApplyIT Operations suite is accomplished through the ApplyIT Certification Program. The OpSuite Competency Program (OCP) is designed to ensure that all role players in a project have a sound understanding of the solution, and how it is best implemented in an operating plant or factory.
Partners and consultants who successfully complete the competency program are awareded certification in their area of speciality. By using only certified consultants and companies, customers can be assured that they have access to the best skills, thereby reducing risk on projects and ensuring the solution is well supported.
